I questioned the author of that blog about the merger date and he has now conceded it’s the vote date. He suggests that mergers typically take place a few days after the vote and, as we know from previous RNS announcements, LOAC are committed to this merger so it should just be a formality.

Pretty safe to say you haven’t convinced me to buy any shares in Minerva. Maybe you should spend more time on a Minerva forum rather than in here Mansion. You’ve stated you have no position in 4D, so your continued presence here is questionable, which is apparent for all to see.

Those other ships have execs from BP & Shell onboard. They’ve heard the rumours too.

45 days takes us to 3rd February, which is possibly why two weeks until news is being mooted?
