What makes you say this?
Like many others, I am down to the tune of £20k/30,000 shares at, ironically 66.6p per share.
How do I join the Telegram group please?

How it got to this point who knows. Guess I’ll be working to 75.
Well that’s my pension fukced, thanks a bunch 4D.
That would be a nice open…
Have a great Friday and weekend all.
Up over 12% currently, albeit on fairly light volume of 227k.
@James
“I have 25,700 shares. What do you think they will be worth in a month ?”
That depends what your average is now.
I’m holding 30k currently.
@RN1
“
The BIG point guys is we are expanding in to primary ICI resistant group, I can't explain how big that is in the field.. I am sure you will see that reflected in SP soon as we are Dual listed”
You realise we are already dual-listed?
Anyone else noticed the 90p ask price showing above..
Superb news today from 4D, been in this for a long time holding a sizeable chunk and feeling a lot more comfortable this evening. It hasn’t been an easy ride as I’m sure many will agree.
I’ll be surprised, given the incredible volume not to mention the potentially transformational update, if we don’t see a number of insightful TR1’s in the coming days.
Watch this space I reckon… good luck to those in for the long haul.
Thanks for taking the time to reply. Appreciate it.
Anyone have a sense of when 4D could realistically commercialise any of their drugs, currently going through clinical trials, or receive any milestone payments?
Because of the many different areas they are involved in, I am lost as to where all the various trials are at, and what catalyst could trigger some potential income?
There are far more knowledgeable posters on here than me so any pointers would be welcome.
Editing to add that I just watched the video interview below, which has answered some of my points.
Things have to improve at some point.
I’ve been holding and building a position here for what feels like a very long time, well before the Nasdaq uplisting and since then we have two years of Covid, what seems to be a major sell off/lack of interest in the biotech sector and now a war. Could never have predicted this would have gone so wrong.
I’m certainly not claiming to be an expert, I’m just a regular guy, trying to do well for myself and who has invested very significant savings because I believe in what 4D are doing.
I’m so gutted (no pun intended) as to where the share price is now. I’m not selling however I’m really concerned that the company have never, to my knowledge, made any reference or statement about the share price decline to put investors minds at ease.
Clearly we know there’s been a big seller, but some entity is buying those shares, the MM’s aren’t holding onto them are they? So who is accumulating, traders or bigger players? Will we get bought out on strong data or will the BOD see this through? Feels like another funding round will be coming in H2?
If the data is poor moving forwards this will be my biggest mistake ever, so I can only hope that they deliver as they continually indicate the data is looking encouraging and I have to believe that.
I cannot realistically see this doing 3-400% by end of month, and talk like that is actually really unhelpful. If it does I’ll happily retract my comment!
Anyway sorry for the babble, I don’t read the boards all that often as all the arguing about who’s wrong or right I find very toxic. Let’s hope LTH’s will reap the rewards one day.
All the best guys.
If the staff and owners of 4D end up holding a significant share of the company, they will not be selling anytime soon which can only be seen as a positive in my humble opinion.
Reading through it, I may have found the answer:
“Consists of (i) 8,976,736 ordinary shares held of record, (ii) 666,666 warrants exercisable for £1.000 per ordinary share, and (iii) 381,728 ordinary shares underlying ADSs issued to Alexander Stevenson pursuant to the Merger.”
I’m not familiar with these forms but it appears some entity is now holding over 5% of the company, which was reported just before the US close last night: https://quantisnow.com/insight/2480796
If someone is accumulating surely it’s a good thing?
Start-up? It’s not like 4D has only been around for a year is it?
I personally don’t live in fear of the unknown, I believe in what 4D are doing irrespective of external influences.
