If you hold DDDD you don’t need to do anything. It’s only the LOAC shares which are converting to LBPS once they list on Nasdaq. At that point LOAC will cease to exist as an entity.

Mine are on T212, still don’t know if they will liquidate my position at merger.

Also I have seen no correlation whatsoever between LOAC and 4D sp. I do wonder if LOAC is pegged to within say 20% of the merger price of £1.10 as it only let rip once up to $19 then immediately dropped back to $12/$14 range.

Pure speculation and I also hold both.

Put it this way, in just 30 days we are highly likely to be dual-listed. I’m so excited about the potential here, it’s going to be a long journey but hopefully a very profitable one for all.

If you’re holding shares in 4D, nothing will change, they will remain on T212 (I assume within an ISA).

NB: they may be worth significantly more one day so don’t lose them..

More and more articles are appearing on this type of research, further evidence that 4D are in a a good space.

Based on the results seen to date and further clinical trials ahead, not to mention increasing coverage about microbiome in the media, I would envisage that this area of medicine is going to become significantly more mainstream over the next 12-24 months.

I’m very happy to hold these for a while and see how it all plays out, the swings don’t interest or worry me and I suspect/hope we will see the back of the ten percenters soon.

As discussed on the 4D Telegram group earlier, you’d think 4D will be a takeover target from Merck or similar at some point too, when MRx-0518 is proven to work effectively with Keytruda. The £’s will be rolling in then.

Any idea if/how we can buy OTC stocks from the U.K.? I am currently researching another biotech pharma which is at $0.35 but can only buy OTC. Cheers.

The $LOAC / $LBPS shares will convert at the AIM SP on the day of the merger. 4D will still own 87% of the company and I would therefore imagine takes precedence.

I’ll therefore be liquidating my LOAC position and simply buying more 4D.

Our sector dropped 2.56% today, which makes today’s out-performance in 4D even more encouraging, we are bucking the trend!
