Firstly, laughable that a hedge fund and a pest control supplier would be looked upon as a goto supplier of PPE...certainly not in my field..engineering/food.
Secondly, if you are looking at forcing an EGM, I would suggest having a chat with some LTHs over at VAL, as they forced an EGM and ousted the old BoD and have since flourished..not that a coup is the intended outcome here.

BoJo's ex-adviser will probably have been at all the functions, got loads of photos and is now happily (probably) selling these to the media to get an income, and pay for his glasses.
