If Biosynex are building a position, and because of the delays that can happen in the time these buys need to be announced, have our BoD been caught napping and any attempt to bolster the SP is now too late?

This should wake the market up, 2 delayed TR1s might just get investors wondering what next, another TR1 early next week?

Just a pity they did not release the RNS a bit earlier, might have caused more of a stir?

No matter what happens to any of them, it will not correct what harm has been done to numerous COs.
I am not at all surprised that a flurry of approvals have now been released now the Gov. believe covid is over, call me cynical but too much of a coincidence for me. The feel on here is now more positive lets see what the next few RNSs bring. :-)

@Moniman, I am sure many on here share your frustrations and views. Sadly clearly never a level playing field where so many good UK CO's had to go through so many hoops while others were given an express pass.
ODX on its knees, ABDX, AVCT & GDR for example have all suffered the same as us, totally wrong but nothing we can do until the next election. Hopefully the cream will rise to the top and shine through, and at least we appear to have a bright future. The future is bright, the future is NCYT.

If any deal helps improve our exposure within the EU or the world I am all for it, deal with those who are happy to deal with us. More revenue from France will be a good start.

HarChris it would indeed be good if the dispute was no longer looked upon as a millstone,p. Dragged on far too long, written off on the book, water under the bridge so anything now is a bonus.

Much speculation of late about TATA, now Biosynex have come front and centre stage which has caused a right old stir. They might of purchased purely as an investment, but more pieces are needed before we get a clearer idea of what could be going on. The next few RNSs / TR1s might help make the picture clearer?

Nor mine! Never seen a negative spread before, need another positive TR1 & or positive RNS to cement the rise IMO. Happy days are hopefully here again!
