So if my thinking is correct...SKIN consolidate 10:1, SP then goes 4p to around 40p, MWG then get offered 1 new SKIN share for every 10 MWG shares we hold?
MWG currently around 3.3p so in effect 33p.

I like how they released the RNS after the bulk of releases at 7am, standalone and make an impact, I think it has.

There are many companies that appear to have the same approach to PR and RNS releases, and when the expected news does land it is greeted by the market as a damp fizz rather than fireworks. Maybe the company want a steady share price under the radar, rather than a volatile one in full view? Not very exciting that way though.

Sharedealer; another RNS today should cement the company's place as a gold standard, but I think that has been said before? It seems that no matter how RNSs are release, none seem to really excite the market for some odd reason? Maybe the RNS with figures in (as said by another poster earlier) might be the only one the market cares about after all? Once again, time will tell of course. GLA.
