I am with Trendz here, the SP has been absolutely hammered since the last, and positive RNS. For some reason DDDD are not flavour of the month at the moment. I too believe it will turn around again. Sadly it seems that the markets and prices are not kept fair and even.

the.buffalo; despite risking a negative reply, I would have thought having CH trying to bring this to a head, finding out the truth and hopefully moving this on should be applauded? As you said yourself, if CH finds out nothing doing, or JH blocks it then the concept or company is dead, so if you are a shareholder, surely you should be supporting him? If you are not a shareholder, then why spend so much time posting on here?
