Hi RN1MLT, no worries, glad to have helped. I only found out myself after opening an account with Primary bid, and then going through their list of companies they deal with. I was already with Jarvis IM, but was not aware of the sharedeal side, so I opened a seperate sharedeal account for the ISA transfer and primary bid purposes, it seems a bit dearer than JarvisIM, but then I can do more with it.

Thanks all for the replies, though I cannot help feeling that all the Cloak and dagger stuff has a negative impact on both sides. It seems like the Gov. will only announce a name when it suits them, which is detrimental in my opinion as we are not told the whole story.
For the Gov. it appears that they are not doing much, or using inferior products.
For the (any) company, are they being successful in the market or not. A company could be having a blinder, but nobody knows!

Hi RN1MLT, apologies for budging in, but if it helps, I moved my ISA from NatWest to ‘sharedeal active’ (part of Jarvis investment management...jarvisIM), not the cheapest (£9.50 a trade, and from memory £15 for cashing out), but transferring was simple and quick, I then also opened a nominee account so that I could open an account with primary bid for share offers that come up using the primary bid platform for placing, but primary bid only deal with certain brokers, as per their list.

Even if any Gov. contracts have NDAs attached, can news of these contracts be announced but without naming the client?
If NDAs are in place, then why was phase 1 allowed to be announced?
Surely it is in the companies interest and have a duty to inform the market of contracts gained? It seems that contract terms with the Gov. are very muddled.

Can only be sour grapes being played, sulking by grown men. OK, so they are not on the BOD, but if they helped the company with allowing good and positive RNSs from the locked cubicle, (as suggested earlier) the vibe would change and the SP would rise, and as private investors they would make more money than by dragging the SP down trying to get those coding warrants.

Someone did correctly predict (on Saturday? the next RNS would be negative, a delay of some sort...and this negative spin would likely continue until the AGM.
