All; the install and commissioning/snagging process is not a given timescale, I have witnessed many installs of new machinery and process lines, all different, all with different agreements. Sometimes a commissioning engineer has been on site for just a day or so, but never round the clock. The factory engineers sometimes get training of use, but whatever training they get, along with production line staff, it is never enough, you learn as you go to a degree, frustrating as bell, but that’s how it goes. As for 24/7 production from the word go, again not always the case. Factories will ramp up gradually rather than short newly gained customers. As others have said, RMS/P2F have many strings to their bow, and Rome was not built in a day.

The thing that has always niggled me is that if Sentiance are such a good thing, how come there has been no rival bid? I know assimilar had a sniff but MESH came to an agreement, but nothing else? To all 'boulders' out there.....if you need a glimmer of hope, that things can happen after eons of time, I have recently read that 2 very dormant shares might be coming back to life after nearly 2 years, maybe longer.
MESH holdings that went dormant around March 2019 hoping to buy in to a Belgian AI company, might finally be nearing completion, and URA resources, might be listing again, again after well over a year, nearer two, who knows it has been so long. So fingers crossed for BOU too.

I think it means that if the resolutions are passed, they intend to cash in/sell their interest in Ananda developments, which has not really taken off, (yeah...), share out the proceeds to all registered shareholders who were registered at a certain date (date?), and looks like becoming a cash shell, (after a 'small' fund raise), but importantly intend to rejoin a listed market.....at least that is my take on it...IMHO etc of course.

Games being played, possibly just playing with the spread to give the impression of a big movement?
