All; the install and commissioning/snagging process is not a given timescale, I have witnessed many installs of new machinery and process lines, all different, all with different agreements. Sometimes a commissioning engineer has been on site for just a day or so, but never round the clock. The factory engineers sometimes get training of use, but whatever training they get, along with production line staff, it is never enough, you learn as you go to a degree, frustrating as bell, but that’s how it goes. As for 24/7 production from the word go, again not always the case. Factories will ramp up gradually rather than short newly gained customers. As others have said, RMS/P2F have many strings to their bow, and Rome was not built in a day.
