From Monday rns:

If the Nation Trust deal wasn’t happening, I doubt they would have said the above as there was no need to ?

If the complete the Lyramid deal as you expect (as do I), then anyone not in at that point won’t get the carved out shares which they said in an rns. Risky being out imho but each to their own.
