Pyro - I’m not saying you’re wrong, I’ve just never seen an extension granted before. Also my mighty team are only third from bottom in the premiership (the one that counts, not the poor English copy). Pyro, also like to also offer my support for you following some utterly disgraceful posts made towards you on the other scumbag site.

Whether you like it or not, we are in an all or nothing situation.

Cyrox: First of all, the timescale is one calendar month, there is no extension because of Xmas and new year. Secondly, I can’t think of a single example where an ‘extension’ was granted. Either they get a Nomad by 24/1 or they will be delisted.

I’m super worried absolutely about this and patronising me isn’t really helping the situation.

Thank you dusterhater. I haven’t posted here before, and thought what I was saying was not unreasonable, but my views are clearly not welcome here. I was under the impression this was a discussion thread, I appear to be wrong if you don’t say the right things. To be frank, I have better things to do.

You would have thought we’d get some sort of update by now, considering the situation we are in. 17 days before delisting and counting.

Sol, that is correct but I would still have some big concerns about being delisted. 1) it removes the ISA wrapper, 2) how will this affect the NY funding deal? I wouldn’t be keen as a lender to give money to a non listed entity without something in return. 3) in the absence of the NY deal, how would raise new funds, how much is left in the pot and at what point do we run out ? Any views welcome, v worried !

Rainbowrider. We’ve only got just over two weeks before we get booted off the AIM. I’m not really that chilled about this and concern grows as each day ticks past. Without knowing the reasons for Cairns departure I’m becoming more dubious that any NomAd will take us as a client. Outlook is poor to say the least.

A lot of the hope (sorry for using that word) is based on doing a deal with BP. I only saw this mentioned very briefly in the emails submitted as evidence. I’m not saying it’s not them but how deep is the relationship with them? Are we closer to a big deal, or just at the start of a due diligence process that could take months and lead to nothing?

Will this be sorted out before delisting? Time is not on our side now.

RSI, I was thinking along the same lines, he’s not normally this quiet especially when we are in this situation. I’m getting more concerned by the day, under three weeks until de listing and no news whatsoever. I appreciate other posters positive views but fear the reality is much darker.

I’ve held some shares for about three years, and haven’t joined the chat forum before. I’m really worried and hope this plays out ok. Does anyone know when we can expect some news. Hope we get a new broker before too long as well. Thank you.
