From ADVFN. This person is a bit potty mouthed at times, but does unfortunately for us seems to know what’s he’s talking about. I haven’t asked for permission from TSBS to post this so hope it’s ok:
Zen investor getting closer to getting it but still not there:
"We will know by May 7 whether FRR’s lawyers have any aces up their sleeve. The transparency of the California court means we are seemingly getting all the info the judge is getting. FRR have to show their hand now. What do they really have on Hope? His opposition document brushed aside the JCAM deal and the Zaza loan as unfinalised. We need to see evidence on unlawful interference and on what he did to ensure the company was delisted. We might get more on the new farmout deal but we really need to see an improvement in the quality of damning evidence against Hope - better than was in Nicandros’s affidavit to the Cayman court"
FRR have no evidence at all. What they had was presented to Cayman and Cayman clearly and unequivocally said - no chance. FRR tried to abuse the legal system by using the California court to get discovery - that failed, FRR did not get to depose Hope or access to any documents. In applying for an ex-partie TRO, as FRR did, they have to present all the evidence which supports their case and all evidence which would harm their case. They presented no evidence at all this time, as the evidence presented in Cayman supported Hope. There is no second bite of the cherry for them now to suddenly present bombshell evidence (which there is not any of anyway).
Maybe once more people realise that Zaza and SN have:
been lying to them for years about everything;
fucked up numerous law cases in multiple jurisdictions;
fucked up in the operational and financial management of the company over many years and CAUSED the default, which enables OMF to take the assets by not just handing over their shares.
They will stop believing in fairies delivering some kind of miracle and may then tell their families and start to learn from their own mistakes.
