And I’m sorry.....but one final rant. I’ve re-read a couple of times all the court documents and I don’t think Hope comes over in that bad a light at all. Sounded more like he was trying to do his job as a board member, but just got fobbed off with excuses. Also, he didn’t block funding as far as I can see, only didn’t allow funding that would have subordinated OMFs stake which is why he is on the board in the first place !

Pyrotech. Well we didn’t know about the interest payments, we haven’t been told why the NomAd resigned, and we’ve heard f all since 24/12. So has Zara kept us informed ?

It gets delisted at 7:30am next Thursday in the absence of a replacement NomAd being appointed.

Last news from the management team on 24/12, since then absolute zilch - WTF:

24 DECEMBER 2018 – COMPANY ANNOUNCEMENT

Further to the announcement of 24 December 2018, the Company wishes to provide further clarification that Cairn Financial Advisers LLP notice to the Company of its resignation as the Company’s Nominated Adviser with immediate effect was unexpected and remains unexplained to the management.

Accordingly, the Company is working to rectify this unanticipated situation and return its shares to normal trading as soon as possible.

After all the promise here, how the hell on earth have we ended up in this complete mess? I know it’s not game over yet, I know there is still time, but the staggering amount of silence is hardly filling me with optimism that I’ll ever get a return from my investment. I’ve only put in a few thousand pounds which I can afford, but really feel for those that have all of their money in this.

This took effect at 7:30 on 24/12, so the (dreaded) delisting RNS will take effect from 7:30 on 24/1. There is no extension or consideration for the Xmas period in the rules:

Resignation of Nominated Adviser

Cairn Financial Advisers LLP ("Cairn") has informed the Company of its resignation as the Company's Nominated Adviser ("Nomad") with immediate effect.

In accordance with AIM Rule 1, if the Company fails to appoint a replacement Nomad within one month of the date of Cairn's resignation, admission of the Company's shares to trading on AIM will be cancelled.

Star, in previous examples I’ve seen it’s been one calendar month. In my head it is is still 24th. And to others saying what about an extension, well what about it ? We’ve heard basically nothing since Xmas eve.

Kempey. I’m not sure where you got 10 days from, the absolute deadline for a new Nomad before delisting is 7am on 24th Jan. that’s 4 business days away now.

As they are suspended, you can’t liquidate your holding before delisting as there is no market and no liquidity. The only option is identify a private buyer of your shares on a one to one basis, probably via the company, so that’s not an option either. That’s all a long winded way to say these are worthless on de-listing and remain that way until re-listing which might never happen.

Oh, and I still think the date to look out for is 24th Jan, not the 27th. Could be wrong on this one however.

Kipper. Whilst I wish for a positive outcome here, I do fear you’re much closer to the reality here. If the RNS regarding the interest payments was made to Cairns knowledge of the situation, I don’t see how you could go after them. They will only be as good as the information the client has provided. So who else is responsible then.....?

Pleased about some progress in the courts. Fingers crossed for us all next week.
