If there are people here who felt that revenue guidance didn't include figures that it did then that's fine, they've made a mistake in their understanding and are welcome to sell but it's not right to put it on the company who never said it wasn't included and in fact it would have been stupid to not include it.

It wasnt in doubt for me that it was included. Imagine you are a company with no signed contracts but in 1000 discussions with very eager customers and you have to put out revenue guidance for the year, are you saying because nothing is signed, you tell the market the company will make £0 that year?

Revenue is a guidance for precisely this reason, you guide on what you believe is likely to be achieved that year so you look at things like Iliad and decide it is likely enough that it will happen and you include it in revenue guidance.

Trading updates then smooth the rough parts by updating what does and does not come to fruition.

Wasn't in doubt for me and I suspect mo is perplexed too. One thing he's not good at us cling the market though, so don't expect much in Comms from the company

Mo never said 2026 revenue forecast didn't include Iliad, in fact a couple of months ago in the "staying resilient and ready" video he said the pipeline will help them achieve their published targets (£46m+ high single digit growth) and that Iliad was part of that pipeline

Not factored in to order book or revenue? If the latter, when did he say that?

In the results the company said the weighted contracted orderbook was £30m at 31st December 2025. They also said this was significantly bolstered post-period end as a result of the signed contract (Traws). This will now have been given a massive further boost by the Iliad contract. All fine here.

On Revenue, 2025 was £46.8m and the company advised 'high single digit growth' for 2026, putting predicted revnue at circa £50.5m. They use a weighted sales pipeline and with a letter of intent and advanced discussions, will likely have weighted this 80-90% of full contract value in their revenue.

Are people here thinking the revenue prediction just totally ignored their most advnaced contract? Why on earth WOULD they do that ever? Of course Revenue predictions already included the Iliad contract plus any wieghtings for other contracts in differing stages of negotiations, this is precisely WHY the revenue is higher than the contracted orderbook.

The picture is a lot rosier now;

We have diversification with the new lab work and acquisitions, the Iliad contract is providing revnue and clarity for the next wtwo years an most importantly, we've just branched into the potentially MASSIVE phase III market, this is the key area that can explode hvo revenue going forward.

Should be higher than 30% in my opinion, this completely changes the results for next 1 to 2 years, opens the gates to phase 3, and shows that challenge trials are firmly back on the agenda. All this alongside the diversified revenue work they've been doing and the stock in general should be 2-3x from here, let's see where it goes by next update

Agreed, this is the only way to interpret it, the loan companies have effectively said we will relax the covenants you are about to breach but only if you bring in x million from investors first, hence the seemingly emergency fundraise.

It's about chronology though, if you knew for a fact a raise was coming tomorrow, would you buy today? If you knew results were coming tomorrow, would you sell today?

There is a sensible time to be both in and out of an explorative miner and it's that statement which makes it a nonsensical hold right now.

Opening price will be same as closing price yesterday, Marty, but may move pretty quickly on opening.

Absolutely massive rns for a company this size, has been undervalued for far too long due to such poor history but these are the opportunities that aim throws up once in a while, could do 200% today just as a starting point

They didn't just sell 20 million in one day, that was a worked sell for a long period which has now been cleared - it wouldn't print if there was a "bot more left". Tomorrow quite likely to see the start of a significant bounce, a small blue day followed by a large one as the first will be the signal many are waiting for

No, it doesn't "depend on the consolidation ratio or the amount you own", more proof you just don't understand how stock splits and reverse splits work. It's better to just say that rather than constantly mumble your way through fallacies.
