The plan in the making has impressed,
But yet the Share Price remains quite depressed,
Will Az finally give us our dues?
Or are most invested here without any clue(s),
No "Ready to Fly" hashtags from me,
But the moment of truth must now be!

Indeed Parm, it is a ridiculous statement as of course it doesn't translate into '30X revenue'...it was meant as an indication of potential size of market but to tap into it things need to happen to make it profitable for them (like greater take up of digital documents+government guarantees/support).

I like the SYME story but it now needs be reflected in the SP, otherwise the next 6 months will see LTHs 'excited' they can keep averaging down only to reduce their paper losses.

I am not here for that.

I personally preferred how it was previously.

I wish instead that they had simply built in an "option" whereby we could choose ourselves to select a particular thread, if we wanted to see all the postings but like this I find it more time consuming going back to each thread to see if anything new has been added...

Have you never invested in growth companies where SP is strong and straight placing is done and SP continues to move upwards? It is possible but on AIM or Standard Listings it is easier to go for the dilutive financing route which does no favours for PIs, hence why more risk in these types of stocks. It is what it is.

Some interesting comments in the video made by TJ. However the '30X' comments, whilst indicating the size of the potential market we all knew about, must also be put into the context of other points he made.

He said digital take up has been slow (as more needs to be done to ensure people keep their jobs in the supply chain to encourage quicker take up - he referred to the low usage of digitised BL's) + TF was involved with many SME's but could not get involved profitably as Governments do not support these SME's with guarantees/supports, as they do for those companies that the Banks service. So more collaboration on this front was needed.

I think major caution is required at this stage. The take up might be slower than we were lead to believe and SYME may need even more time to get (meaningful) monetisation moving in order to justify a re-rate.

I see volumes low and difficult to sell large quantities. SP looking bearish. Usually another sign that does not bode well for upcoming expected news. Risk management is key.

Volatile AIM share??? Anything but....otherwise you (and many of us with pre P#1 drill exposure) would have been out of here by now and avoided the need to constantly post...it is what it is, I too made the mistake to slightly over-expose here. We knew the risk was not in our favour when it comes to these types of ‘binary bet’ plays. We hold until we finally get a partner, end of.

I agree about the "diversity" as I suspect they will expand their trading activities further. However we do not know that for a fact but we will know very soon with key catalysts expected over the summer.....the SP is always the best indicator.

I wanted to post a reply to 'Havoc' but could not relocate the post I previously saw in the 'discussion' and so had to go to members section. Not sure if certain posts were inadvertently removed or not? Anyway, here's my response.

Havoc, exactly....simply having this type of dilutive financing arrangement in the absence of news that re-rates the SP is usually not a positive sign.

If we get more 'surprises' at this stage (I listed several already in a previous post) that go against the grain of what is reasonably expected, it will not bode well for the SP for the remainder of this year IMO.

AZ has had the patience from many of us since last year and now is fast approaching the moment of truth.

(No-one should be 'happy' holding LT at a paper loss. It is insane.)

Stevek, maybe/maybe not. The financing mechanism is (usually) the worst of it's kind by the likes of Negma and their ilk.

I took my chances hoping AZ would not do silly dilutions and we appear to have got exactly that.

Any share conversions at each tranche will happen at discounts and keep the SP depressed (and we have 10 tranches to work through).

Unless we get catalysts to re-rate the SP soon, LTHs will keep be holding paper losses as opposed to paper profits.

Furthermore, looking at the macro picture we could get another stock market crash in the Autumn, SYME will not be immune to further corrections.

Hmm....you forgot to mention the SP went from around 25p to 6.5p in that year...soul destroying.

I'm not saying it will happen here (as different terms/conditions) but Negma are hard nosed financiers happy to get profits at the expense of PIs.

It really is a tricky one - whenever a company has surprised in the wrong way (was hoping instead they arranged more favourable financing with one of their wealthy partners with a LT interest in the company - even a straight equity raise at a fixed price of say 0.4p could have been more favourable).

The one positive is that the SP did not drop today below 0.33p which held earlier this year and in Nov last year.

Failing major updates in next few weeks/summer, we most likely will see poor SP for extended period of time.

Hope I am wrong about the latter.

Az needs to cone out and explain this latest RNS properly to put people's minds at ease and explain why he has gone down this route.

Just saw the RNS. He does not call the shots when it comes to financing.. it's the financiers...and that usually does not work out well for PIs....hence today's SP reaction given the dilution effect - exactly what we did not wish for.

If SYME does not produce a trading update soon that gives meaningful numbers and forward looking statements for revenue/profits to end of year, then the CL conversions will not help the SP evolution but keep it depressed.

Hmm....not impressed the slightest.

DG73, I get that, however it's the breakdown of the numbers released that will be the key driving force together with future looking statements from the directors in terms of what we can expect moving forward into H2 2021 that will allow us to extrapolate and get a better understanding of revenue/profitability, timescales and hence also MCap.

Awaiting lots of good pieces of news but IMO it's really the 6 months trading numberfor this year that will be the key catalyst to increase our SP to the next level (following a small amount of share dilution for the TF funding).

Wow! I just saw there were over 100 comments posted today....only to realise that it was all mostly diatribe.

Let's wait for the audited accounts and TF acquisition to comple to see the financing and that will give us something new to discuss.....'holdddd' on a minute, that's what one poster wanted (not) :-))

If some of you keep this up, we'll soon have more posts than daily volumes and that would not be a good omen... :-))

Nice to see but not so sure about 'very confident'...it's a nice little £59k punt... there are wealthy people that dabble in the stock market and this sort of money is 'punt' money for them.

Overall volumes still very low to indicate any buying from true 'insiders'...more patience required IMO.

Nothing wrong with positive or negative posts if supported by solid view points but some ‘rampers ’ on her need to get their SP predictions in check.. this is not a ‘5p next week’ type company from 0.39p...AZ is laying down solid foundations for solid growth over the next 3 years. This year (assuming no silly dilution) should see the start of those growth expectations bring reflected in the SP.

Indeed. The daily volumes have been too low to indicate any re-rate will happen any time soon...so the wait continues.

The audited 2020 accounts should provide a breakdown of the "origination" numbers to help us get a better idea of the actual trading numbers for the 6 months to June. That's the single most important catalyst.

We had a going concern note in the last published (unaudited) 2020 accounts. Now we await the audited 2020 accounts with an auditor's report that may or may not have a going concern qualification.

I would be surprised if there was a qualification of any kind given:

- funding partners in place (and I assume the £4m acquisition funding is agreed at date of publishing the accounts)
- the start of positive trends in terms of revenue generation,
- appointing of new key members of staff
- developing of systems for their business to become scaleable
- any further director assurances etc etc.

All of the above points lead me to believe that the auditors should NOT qualify their report.

Nevertheless should there be a qualification which would have to be justified, then that could have a short-term negative impact on the SP. It's all about the timings....

2020 accounts will provide a better understanding of the numbers (and interesting to see whether any going concern qualifications from the auditors) but it's unlikely to be a major catalyst for the SP to re-rate.

I think SP re-rate will come post completion of TF acquisition and posting of the trading numbers for 6 months to June.
