Not sure I agree, it's not about the "efficiency" of their platform (they've proven it works efficiently) but its about the rate of growth of profitable business in the near term i.e. they could not get a large enough volume of new business (from the Banks) to justify the bond issuance at the time due to the restrictions, as pointed out by TJ).
As for your other points, fine.
We all know the score here...massive news flows (IM etc) is now imminent that will undoubtedly affect the trend in SP
It almost feels like a 'binary bet' at this stage, as I am not seeing any volumes, no aggressive price move yet and we are still below the 200MA.
