Yes, it isn't uncommon for companies to make offers on smaller companies with a product system like Nuvec, even in the early stages. One of the main reasons I'm invested heavily in N4P. We have many ways to make it big here in my eyes.

The in vivo results will make us even closer to this.

Anyone any guesses as to who the MTAs are with ? Who is the major gene therapy company and who is the other developing its own DNA COVID-19 vaccine. The results and conclusions from these will be real market movers.

Certainly something afoot. Been feeling it since the WIPO patent got published with no RNS at the start of the month. The MTA are looking very exciting especially with the in vivo work results due.

If this all pans out as many are thinking. There's going to be some news coming.

Since being invested here, just over a year ago, my confidence in N4P has grown significantly. Resulting in serveral tops ups on the way, creating a healthy amount invested. The next few weeks, in my eyes, are going to be the most significant since my investing began.
If we do not receive an offer and receive something like a collaboration , I will not be selling even if the SP hits in the 20p+ zone. Nuvec is a game changer, and if all works out as planned we will be looking back at 20p laughing.

Between tomorrow and the 10th Dec. We are expecting several Big RNS to drop. Our in vivo results are due, plus patents, plus updates on the MTAs we have with 2 well known companies. Hopefully a collaboration is being signed as we type.

Some interesting behaviour from N4P as of late, suggesting the NDA may be preventing them from commenting on a few things. Patent published etc. All the ingredients pointing towards an offer for the company, imo. Let's wait and see. The next few weeks will be huge for N4P.

In vivo results and MTA conclusion results, due between next week and first 2 weeks in December IMO.

Should be a very exciting few weeks ahead!

Done a little digging and found this on the WIPO international patent site.

Publication. In most countries, the patent application is published 18
months after the priority date, i.e., after the filing date or the priority
filing. In general, a patent is also published once granted.

Looking like it's granted to me.

It was filed on the 21st of April, published on the 28th Oct but generated on the 3rd November. There has possibly not been an RNS because of the NDA connected to the MTAs. In other words there could be sensitive information within the international patent which restricts N4P from commenting on its approval. This could be bigger than we think.

Great blue day today and Great news on the patent. Will be very surprised if we don't hold 10p strong, when we get back up there before end of Nov. Pre news.

Again, more confident with N4P month after month. Intrinsic value, as it stands, is over 10p for me. After end of Nov beginning Dec who knows; surly more than late teens if the results is right.

Anyone else jealous of these big buys coming through at such a great price? Haha.
I average 8.7p and can't see the SP below 15p come December. Hope all will have a healthy profit come then.

Volume is building earlier than expected for end of Nov/beginning of Dec results. Good to see.

"as and when we are able" is a big factor to the comment. Nigel will not release half hearted updates just to boost the SP from 8p - 10p. Nuvec could be a serious international game changer, solid updates will cause large moves in the SP, which will come in Q4.

In my opinion, Q4 will be pivotal for N4P. It will show some huge concluding results. Nigel backs this up with his quote in the RNS 24th Aug.

I for one can not see this anywhere near even the low teens come Dec. 25p+ in the early new year. Yes there are risks, as with with any investment, but for me the Risk reward here can not be ignored, especially at under 10p!
