Hi Bunsenburner123. The Evotec results are huge because they are testing the capabilities of Nuvec and how well they work. I believe these results are life changing for the company because if positive , our product (Nuvec) will be very appealing internationally, especially in the current climate. We would certainly see more interest from a positive result. Also our current MTAs may be waiting on the results, which brings us closer to a commercial collaboration or buyout etc.

Regarding covid related news; one of our MTA partners are developing its own proprietary vaccine for Covid-19 using a DNA plasmid. So fingers crossed we could hear something positive from them shortly after the Evotec In vivo results.

Researching, reading through RNS and listening to quotes from Nigel in interviews, have filled me and by the looks of it, the majority with high confidence. Its looking brilliant for christmas.

After in vivo results - MTA updates/conclusions. Possible collaborations/buy outs.

You decide how pivotal December is. IMO a positive Evotec result is key and its looking very promising from past words from Nigel in updates.

True. The telegram group is busy with lots of investors holding heavy, including me. No doubt this will rise a couple of pence before the in vivo work results get published in the next 2 weeks. Plus patent news and of course our MTA progress.

Looking very likely for Evotec in vivo work results next week, looking at the time line. Which will more than likely bring MTA update with it.
Investors will want to get in before close today.

EQRX are looking into cancer treatments which our product can help with.

In a podcast earlier in the year Nigel mentioned how Evotec are not only handy for testing our product but promoting it with their contacts.

EQRX have just signed a deal with the NHS, entering into England's first population health partnership for Cancer drugs.

We are in an NDA so our name/product will never be mentioned until completion of the MTA. So it's all research and then invest on what you think could come of, or come off the MTAs and in vivo work results. Always DYOR. There are plenty more links out there than what I've mentioned above.

Pickuzawinnah, the in vivo work in question commenced before Sept 20th this year as quoted by Nigel on the 20th Sept RNS...

'The in vivo work has recently commenced and is expected to last up to eight weeks with an additional two to three weeks analysis.'

So, it will have been completed now and into probably the second week of analysis.

RNS Imminent.

Always the case, up to 10p before news. Just hope it holds on solid successful news. If so we should be in the 20s.

MTA update will be fantastic but a successful in vivo work result will be outstanding.

Very positive seeing movement with almost every buy. One thing for sure is n4p can move fast.

I read through the 'WIPO guide to using patent Office' pdf and it fills you with a lot more confidence/security regarding a patent being published.

They state the time lag to be careful in, is between filing and publication. After this it's secure. And then once granted its back dated to the filling date. So it's safe once published basically.

For me Star, we have what we want with it being published. Protection etc. The grant can come when the office has time to process our approval. We could be bought out, collaborated with an international company. Etc etc before we get our grant. The grant will come. Just glad we have them published.

It was even bigger. It was the WIPO patent which includes the US and 152 other countries.
The thinking of it not being in an RNS was because it holds sensitive information blocked by the NDA we have with the MTAs.

Its just a matter of days/weeks now until the Sap could quadruple on good news expected.

I agree. Level 2 looks more locked and loaded today. They will be expecting like we are.

I greatly believe if the in vivo work results come in as successful as earlier in the year and as successful as stated in past RNS. Then we are there.

If the MTA show Nuvec can bind and be optimised for transfection with each respective party’s proprietary plasmid, then I can't see why we wouldn't enter into a mutual beneficial collaboration or an offer of some sort.
With there being more than 1 MTA and more to come we could be in for some healthy bidding for Nuvec and N4P.
