Roundtable Discussion; The Future of Mineral Sands. Watch the video here.
This is the best news i could have hopped for in regards to securing a strategic partnership with construction in this country .
This should not be underestimated . This partnership alone would have been 6 to 12 months in the making .
I am so pleased for AFC and it’s a testament to all the staff for getting MACE on board .
I Feel Tom Pollard’s role has been very justified and very pleased for him and I’ll be sending a nice email to congratulate him and the staff . They deserve some credit here
Mace are only a couple of companies who basically run the sector in my opinion - this is because they are on the construction leadership council ( look into that it will make interesting reading ) -this ties them very closely with government - this is a massive Avenue for AFC
So pleased :-)
Things take time but we are defiantly heading in the right direction. I was getting worried about the UK sector interest. But not any more - construction could end up being our biggest player I see huge potential here I’m over the moon with this news personally .

Would this work : - )
I’m watching everyday but I don’t post I don’t have time to research now days but I love to see long term holders views it makes me feel I’m not alone in believing in this companies products. That’s the biggest effect these shorters have is braking up chats looking at previous LTH post history and using it as research to improve their knowledge and look for flaws and spread distrust - what’s so annoying is how subtle they do it - say a few days after a big rise a little dig here and a dig there it’s so obvious and for LTH so annoying - my biggest upset is losing long term posters - I know they are there though and can’t wait till everyone pops up on the next RNs - we seem to have a few days grace that way and it’s like meeting up at a reunion. My advice for any new investors is to take note of posters around these periods and how they change soon after
Interesting news with JLR going all electric and a push towards hydrogen
Jaguar car brand to be all-electric by 2025

.it’s a year to the day that we launched into the diesel genset market with the AFC Energy HydroX-Cell(L)TM fuel cell, / they did hold a nice launch with multiple possible clients and obviously had a major tie up abroad but the uk government and construction can do more in this field it’s not going to be as cost effective as current solutions with existing generators but it is the future solution in this field - I am just waiting on some movement either a uk tie up with a large uk company or news of funding it’s a huge market and having the advertising with extreme e will only enhance our name in the uk when the product eventually starts to roll out - a little more patience is required but we are entering this market at the right time I’m sure on that - good luck all LTHs

Yes plenty of coverage and lots going into environmental Impact too.
Looks like Hamilton wants to go all in with Mercedes and the future of electric racing as part of his contact - he can clearly see the future and wants to position himself at the front - I’m excited by extreme s first race and how much legends such as him can positively present AVC - the timing of coming out of lock down around late feb and boris johnson needing to start getting out and promoting the Uk brand and the first race in March of extreme e. - could it be the stars align and we get some promotion from the top man himself ? You just never know maybe AB can ask Hamilton nicely to pull a few strings / exciting times promotion opportunities galore - AFC finally arriving in the Middle East after years of trying how time flys .

Sorry late to the party - well done all those wise old owls who have protected my investment with thier Knowledge and determination to ride the storm over the years
In the words of Chief Brody - your gonna need a bigger boat
Land is in sight what a ride .
Ab is mentioning a lot lately about the 10 point plan - uk company making good flying the flag I’m wondering if there is government interest brewing ?

It is very easy to manipulate with so many visitors to the site
A bit like how they line up certain items in a certain order on a shopping isle to influence shoppers sometimes it’s subtle manipulation some times it’s blatant but the undertone is there and with enough traffic passing through each day it’s easy to catch users out enough to make a difference that can turn sentiment one way or another given the opportunity. ISE could do so much more to improve on this .
For me with AFC it’s about time AB and AFC gave us a relaxing Christmas just a small little extra gift to keep the Gringe(s) away or am I being greedy ?

I feel it comes down to government policy then followed in by specification at planning stage which construction has to implement with available solutions. I know that a certain Uk major main contractor has held a meeting with AFC many months ago and the outcome of that I do not know nor would I have asked but the initial interest is there and I,d hope by now many other discussions have taken place with other Uk major construction contractors - AFC have already stated they can look at bespoke situations and I would hope and love to see a Uk trial shortly- I am not sure why that has not happened yet perhaps it’s to do with networking and gaining access to the correct people or perhaps there are things behind the scenes that could be at an advanced stage who knows ? I could not have helped as I would of liked due to commitments and not having access to the correct employees in these areas from the contacts I have but if I ever get access I will forward it on it’s a large sector so if I can help in anyway I would
You don’t have to be in a construction trade to know how much construction is now leading the way -
diesel has to go they have no choice
noise has to be Reduced from generators they have no choice
I offer sometimes 2 to 3 option on systems quotes being installed and in half of those case they go with the higher cost option due to what the system can offer - it’s not all about cost It’s about the quality of the product
Admittedly the more solutions AFC are able develop in this sector would no doubt open the market up further they don’t need us to point that out .
they do have a major trial next year in Europe so there is plenty to be optimistic about in this Sector .
You touched on a great point here - it’s true multiple large construction projects where both main construction staff and and sub contractors who are drafted in from all over the country will require a potential charge on site in the early part of their projects - Electricity needing to be brought in from the grid is never fed in straight away and in many cases delays construction contractors and works - to be able to offer both a off grid charge whilst also having a low noise hydrogen generator could become a very essential product(s) for the industry - staff to do not want to be accidentally stuck on site requesting an emergency charge or the AA to collect them to the nearest charge location . For wealthy construction companies this would be a worth while investment over the long term to purchase/hire an ev charger
Some would say he kept the company afloat it’s a grey area
And relates to what Theo touched upon -
It’s nostalgic more so than over optimistic and may be it’s just that annual Xmas time of year for LTHs
Loving your optimism though £1.25 with a first revenue generating sale ! Not to long now then ? that’s a bullish statement even for your posts that’s the spirit :-)

Hind sight - as long as AFC continue to deliver we will all be better off and that’s all that matters
Ii board was so good to read such knowledgable posters it was a disaster when they changed it
My thoughts are with the originals I followed stumbler a bit over to Val but it went south due to a dishonest poster they consolidated shares and that was that but thoughts with him and strontium who were very welcoming posters on the boards -
very respectful and decent for their names to be brought up again by others tonight
Very Good news today
AFC are slowly cranking this up a notch and I don’t think its over optimistic to expect further good /interesting news from now and into q1
My hope for my Sector is for there to be Future news of a Uk Construction tie up with the diesel Gen and AFC certainly have some well backed names to get them through the door . My guess is by now the door has been opened .
Like the fact Adam (AFC) Still seems to be as ambitious as always as mentioned in the RNS as that will drive AFC through
Another baby step in their commercialisation and growth ticked off today
we have witnessed first-hand the evolution of its fuel cell system and the compelling opportunities for it in displacing temporary off-grid power as the nearest zero emission alternative to the diesel generator
I’ll enjoy today now that little bit better
