I agree Faramog, with family who work for the FCA, I doubt they would even understand what is going on with spoofing and manipulation etc.
The only way I see action being taken is when a company assigns investigators privately and BMN do not care about this and are too busy building a huge business.

Obviously for balance, delays in selling any share could result in an even worse case scenario and selling now would likely mean the money won't make your account for 31st January potentially. Normally takes 3-5 days with my broker to reach my account.

With the low volumes I suppose the shorter's can try their churning tactics and drive the SP down.
Hopefully the Q4 results and any news is positive.

PG I own a Tesla and have shares in BMN but I know there is only one winner in grid storage.
If it ever gets out that Tesla batteries are being replaced readily in only a few years or catch fire then I can see a big drop in the share price even though I want them to do well. all IMO

Also you mention the current events in China as a reason for backing small firms.
I think this might be a reason why we saw a rise in the share when everyone expected a loss on Friday.
The Corona virus might be being underplayed in China and I hope the world can help contain it like Ebola.

Was looking at the flow diagram from BE and it said targeting 1000MWh oppurtuinities by 2020 on there. Even with the uncertainty around Eskom they must be confident about 2020 being their year to secure a lot of business.
Worth holding for this year alone as any news of such a large amount means a massive re-rate! My own sentiment has increased just reading that and don't really care what others think.

The longer term holders will have experienced the SP holding at 8p with small fluctuations for 1 whole year during 2017-2018. Those that held would have 4-5 bagged without much trouble at it's peak.
It has been around this SP for many months and obviously sentiment is probably like it was then.
However those brave enough have benefited and that is due to being well researched and patient.

Don't listen to advice off people who sell their shares at a loss within 6 weeks of investing. It means they are thick for investing in the first place without researching.

Anyhow a new thread to discuss the troll if needs be. No point reporting them and losing any relevant info which is what they want.

He just should have stayed quiet about dates as he made it sound like the deal was close to being resolved.
Will put doubts in many weak investors minds , as many have been stung by SXX. NMC, BIDS etc so will understand when the SP drops today as people de-risk.
I won't be selling a bean until fair value is achieved and hoping they can still issue an RNS today.

PS not worried enough to sell any of my holding and just waiting for the news Fortune would have planned ahead for.
BMN itself is doing a wonderful job and working beyond my expectations.

Audio not worried about the contract with Eskom and agree we will have more than enough custom.
Just worried mines such as ours will struggle to run efficiently with the grid problems.
We could become self sufficient if Gwende et al take their finger out and sign some papers.

Still the risk of load shedding and the ANC is a pain the arse. The quicker they support renewables the healthier, happier and richer we all get ;)

I like this post as it is a reality check and the sentiment here will be at the mercy of Eskom and SA for now.
We just need the sign off for 10 MWH mini-grids without interference from the government and BMN can help save the country and the environment.
We need mines and plants to run on their own without the need for the grid and that de-risks a lot of business in SA and our investment of course.

PS BBN did say there will be a delay with the Eskom BESS timelines and saw it coming.

Agree, I remember the JV was meant to be in Wuhan province which is in lockdown. I think The NSB staff might have other priorities after a likely change of plan for their CNY.
I am sure Dan may even use this as an excuse if needs be and we may see an unsubstantiated drop.
