Obviously Dan want's Kissei to be the preffered bidder so they can just replace their current drug they sell with the improved version. Imagine the royalties if this happens quickly, probably the current Mcap annually.
The mention of other bidders is hopefully to get a better deal from Kissei and ROW rights.

I know there is always a mention of dividends which is perceived as an annoyance, but I think there is some positivity with regards to the BOD here.
The director's hold over 31 million shares and would you not think they would benefit most from dividends?
They are happy to take their modest salaries and expand the business rather than take profit for themselves like some suspect company BOD's.
This is the reason to trust the BOD, along with the fact they only provide news when it is important to do so.
I have seen shares such as VRS and AFC post regulatory news for going to trade shows and it just looks like they are trying to prop up the SP while FM shows no concerns with over a 50% drop.

When Bushveld Energy is stating the above would you think this includes the projects already earmarked by VIP?
Anyone worked out how many projects will need Vanadium from BMN as the first option is already confirmed without the completion of mergers & takeovers.
This may be the real reason for holding some Vanadium back as these companies only need to use Bushveld Vanadium not its electrolyte and can send to their usual sources to process one would assume.

Voltstorage would be massive - imagine selling these in SA to small businesses and middle-class households while Eskom is in disarray. It would be a big seller and help Eskom reduce its load during peak times.

BBN is correct we won't have much cash in the bank/profit this year but the cash investment will multiply revenue in the future, far more than the steel market alone ever will. As Alfa calculated it will be around $80kg/V for the electrolyte supply approximately if the leasing model is not used.

Maybe BMN gets some of the money but offers China off take agreements from Mokopane so everyone scratches each others backs as they do within certain SA circles.

I think FM is waiting for the Eskom BESS announcement before he considers the JSE listing. He mentions timing and what better time would that be than to improve the electricity supply in SA. This would mean Institutional investors will come onboard and cause the upsurge that is due.
