Milkman You can start training today or tomorrow for a couple of practice runs. It might mean you stop less and just gets your muscles loosened up. Maybe reduce the chance of injury.
I started running 5km over the lockdown and was doing it in over 25mins and stopped numerous times each run with great fatigue.
Ive knocked over 5 mins off but it still kills me every time and Im not sure I could manage a marathon even though I'm still in my late 30's without major training.
Physio pre-booking is definitely a must.

All in all we are coincidently in what is now a COVID treatment stock without knowing when most of us invested. Exciting times if you have the stomach for the ups and downs, because if they pull this off it will bigger than we envisaged originally.

Anyone able to estimate how much NFRG charged for pre-clinical trials for NXP002? Surely it’s similar costs and time to do the NXP004 trials on human tissue samples as the former.
With it being able to reduce ECM’s in the lungs surely it is of national and international interest that NFRG to use their novel equipment for trials promptly.
IMO both could be of relevance post-COVID and hopefully the discovery of NXP004 has added another product for bargaining and a buy one get one free deal worth a few hundred million.
Hopefully both are equally valued to NFX now, so Kissei will be a bit nervous that a competitor might be more dangerous than doing an over-valued deal taking both treatments for IPF.

I suppose the Kissei leak and people working out the drug for NXP002 was Tranilast may have increased expectations.

I always said small news such as nxp004 first then the blockbuster NXP002 later. Like Aberdeenman I want this to get back to base 6-8p before any major news to get a higher SP.

Jog following on from a good listen. The 2019 link shows Cantor and our own broker BMO aren't very clean so who is to rule out they aren't helping their Bolly-swilling friends with their inside connections. As Doc Holliday says you won't find out until a couple of years later from investigation.

Yeoman see the presentations from BMN, Tesla and Blue solutions for energy storage to the World Bank earlier this year in Pretoria. This suggests to me BMN are sitting on the top table when it comes to their bidding with the WB projects.
The ESMAP is to help Africa in the ways Faramog has suggested and the company making plenty of money will help the debts of the SA government through taxes and royalties.

Add to that BMN in their presentation have suggested upto 80% local content once batteries are assembled there and exceptional safety and recyclability for VRFB's compared to Lithium batteries.

The government investing-arm IDC, is investing with BMN to build an Electrolyte plant. You wouldn't think the government are throwing a few million dollars if there isn't a plan to roll out VRFB's across SA.

For somebody who does not like the LSE BB he sure likes reading everything BMN with fine detail and then talking about it on the other board.
