No I'm talking about nintedanib (Ofev) and pirfenidone (Esbriet) in relation to NXP004 as my inkling it could be Pirfenidone with its patent expiring . All I am saying If NFX helped improved one of these then that would become the no.1 drug of choice in the west as both have limitations.

Tranilast is only approved in Japan/SK. However if it is fruitful in helping COVID then you'd hope it is fast tracked into studies and Trump gives it FDA approval

Saw in one IPF study both showed very uncomfortable GI side-effects and some patients had changed from one to another.

Also notice how they mention piggyback off Esbriet’s data for quick approval off regulators. Suggests to me they don’t need anyone else’s data directly as the regulator already has this. (I.e. probably don’t need Kissei If it’s in the same
