On the issue of whether investors should be divesting from companies in the fossil fuel sector, Carney said fund managers would “have to make the judgment and justify to the people whose money it ultimately is”.

When pressed on whether pension funds should divest from oil and gas companies even if the returns were attractive, he replied: “Well that hasn’t been the case but they could make that argument. They need to make the argument, to be clear about why is that going to be the case if a substantial proportion of those assets are going to be worthless.”

They join the growing 'Fossil Free' divestment movement, where faith institutions make up 29 percent of divesting organisations – the greatest proportion of divestment commitments globally. The global total of assets under management of divesting institutions has now surpassed $12 trillion.

With a lot of funds looking at divesting from fossil fuel companies, a lot of money would move into alternative energy stocks like AFC.

AFC looks like the bargain stock, as it's currently less than one fifth of the price put on CWR or ITM, and half the price put on PPS, and it's getting cheaper by the day as ITM and CWR go up on no news.

Could and should triple or quadruple in value when news of sales hit, which could be any day now. Just needs a trigger and it'll run and run.

Last year, an RNS on 5 April declared the AGM would be on 30 April 2019. I'd say whoever put that date on the page is guessing, because AFC haven't decided the date yet, and they won't until late March or early April, and it won't be on a day when the BOD are away signing deals etc, and they don't know if that will be the case on 30 April until a lot closer to it.

For example, the 2017, 2018 and 2019 AGM's were all on different dates.

EU needs 3m EV chargers by 2030 to become carbon neutral

More than 3 million public charging points will be needed if the EU is to become climate neutral by 2050, according to research group Transport & Environment (T&E).

It estimates the infrastructure would cost €1.8 billion a year, on average. The number of electric cars in Europe could reach 44m within ten years.

To finance the necessary chargers, T&E highlights a business opportunity and says co-financing can come from the European investment plan, which aims to support €1 trillion of sustainable investment over the next decade under the EU Green Deal.

Mathieu added: “The shift to EVs will create a multi-billion euro market opportunity for European industry in the grid works, and manufacturing, installation and maintenance of public charging. The EU must do everything it can to fight the climate emergency while supporting jobs in Europe.”

AB stated in his video on Proactive that news was not saved up for a fundraising. In fact they had drafts of the fundraising news the day before and only changed it when the real news came in.

And they didn't need that fundraising either. That was done after the analysts visited. So an ii requested the shares to save them buying that much in the open market, and AFC saw it as an easy way to get a little bit more cash, so they obliged.

As for saving news up, that's bull**** as it's illegal to withhold financially sensitive news, i.e. news that could change the share price. The listing rules and FCA regulations clearly state that such news must be released immediately the company are aware of it. But you know that.

As for next fundraise, they have an untouched £4m drawdown facility, they don't need any more cash for at least a year. And you know that too.

He doesn't 'need' to do anything. He will put out an RNS when he has price sensitive news to advise, as per market regulations. Be that tomorrow, next week or next month.

Either people are confident that what has been advised recently (client presentation to 50+, investor presentation with feedback posted here, video on Proactive Investors) makes the stock a buy or hold, or they are not, and if not, they should go find something else they are happy to invest in.

Definitely the case. Most sites are one or two 50kw, and if there's two and both are in use it can drop the charge on each to 30kw or even 25kw because the infrastructure can only handle a max of 50kw continuous.

AFC will be able to scale up as well, so buyers now will be able to get upgrades or just swap the container out for the latest model.

Makes huge sense for many places.

Sales of the EV Charger. Well let's see, some of the prospective buyers of it have been asking Rolec for something like this for over a year. They would surely have been watching the development of the charger since the beginning of the year. They would also have been given ballpark figures so they could put the charger into their budgets. They would also have been amongst the 50+ companies at the EV Charger reveal. So I'd say it's quite possible in smaller companies especially, for an order to be placed before 2020.
