I'll let you into a little secret, there is no chance of AFC being acquired in the next two years, by that time it could be £10 a share, I hope it is, because that is my target, it's where I quit work and live off the interest, or dividends from investing everything in blue chip stocks.
In case you've not noticed, none of the other FC or H2 companies have been acquired, and some of them have been running for 20 years. Even with the FC / H2 market boom, none of them have been acquired.
You'll see some strategic investors buying chunks, because they want a low risk slice of a company, they don't want to own the company because their core business is not Fuel Cells or Electrolysis and never will be.
Also, all of the FC / H2 companies are loss making including AFC. Why would any CEO in his right mind acquire a company before it is profitable is beyond me, and would be well beyond his/her Financial Director too.
