The only way you could describe their investment as comfortable is once the DFS and ML are in place, so I wouldn't hold your breath expecting it to be announced until at least June. Not that the announcement matters, as the MIIF investment going to happen because the DFS is definitely happening and the ML is too according to Government.

If we expect the MIIF investment in June at the earliest then the price will be a lot higher, and we won't spend 2 months worrying about why they've not invested yet.

If you look at the chart 3 year upper trendline, 60% upside.

But a lot more when things start falling into place such as offtake clients for the spare SC6, discoveries from the Passive Seismic, Definitive Feasibility Study, Mining License, and MIIF investment (in that order I believe).

Chasing BHL today, they are up 21.2% but ALL just jumped again at the same time as them, so they are still connected but ALL needs another 10% on it soon to get back in synch.

See the conversation from yesterday. Looks to me like they won't invest until DFS and ML are in place, as those two are needed to confirm that the mine will go ahead. I doubt as a sovereign fund that they can risk putting money into something that is not confirmed to be going ahead, despite the project economics and government verbal backing.

AFC have stated very clearly that they are seeking the ADVICE of auditors on what they SHOULD state in their accounts. There is NO QUESTION of the auditors finding anything wrong with AFC's accounts, it is AFC seeking how to change the accounts so that NOTHING CAN BE QUESTIONED by the Auditors when AFC SUBSEQUENTLY present the accounts to them for audit.

Meanwhile, if anyone is thinking that the process is 'taking too long', please educate yourselves on the huge issue Auditors have had for a few years now, of staff shortages. These shortages have delayed many companies accounts and is usually stated in RNS as 'Auditors resourcing issues' or similar. So allow them plenty of time to do their work, and ignore the con men trying to panic investors with false claims and scaremongering market abuse fiction.

As I said Friday:

Those were the prices of the last two trades prior to the close, but the advertised prices were 1.2p ASK and 1.1p BID. Finally this morning the advertised prices have moved up, so they are now showing 1.25p ASK and 1.2p BID, which is what they should have shown late on Friday.
