So true, too many crap to register for these days..........too many passwords all because social media has taken old media’s ad money. Bloomberg has restricted access too so just Reuters for me now.

Poor quality homes, no soundproofing, disgusting materials used and unskilled builders used. About time houses are built the right way by the skilled people. We need a new national builder who can disrupt this dumb sector who have sold their souls to special divi. Ordinary divi and SP growth is enough FFS..........

I have done some research but hard to find hard numbers on help to buy default rate. We know the first buyers have started paying extra interest which is not that much. The HTB lenders have not increased since launch..........new builds might be set for some reckoning if quality is not increased to match the selling price. Focus should not be on special divis but quality homes that people want.

Why are Darby’s minions not attacking you? I would have been abused by now if I posted that. I share your concerns but it is the perfectly legal way to get richer. HOF just got bought for £90m.........why did they wait so long? Did they not buy freehold when property was cheap? Why are companies just focused on loading on debt and paying huge salaries and bonus?

You have to be sad not to understand my post.

In any investment, you need to understand the risk and respect the market makers. Now a lot of divi chasers would have bought in expecting quick recovery. If we have loads of leveraged buyers with weak stops then there is a good chance of stop hunting. I saw same thing in VOD, gaining 5% income is a big deal. I am long BT and want a quick profit too.

This is going to test 190p before any rally or good news. Divi reinvestment in September should support SP but recovery will be slow and painful.

We would only grow divis, that’s it........CEO will be on fixed pay (100k) average workers will be on 30k. Everyone can work hard in order to get more divi / SIPP contribution. John Lewis is ok today because of their structure, they would be dying like Debenhams / HOF if they are loaded up with debt.

Whoa.......boycotting won’t help the SP. I have made it my life ambition to start a company whereby shareholders run it. Fixed number of shares at launch, no new shares can be issued, cash bonus has to come from net profit as long as the company is debt free. No bonds, no loans......just pure shareholder equity. I forgot to mention........no pension schemes too (company will pay into individual employee SIPPs).

This RNS could have been delayed till next year but GD is so bold just after the votes and SP tanking more than 10%. I have given up here, PFD is a private company not a listed company in my opinion.

“Net debt, a key metric for the Group, reduced significantly from £523.2m to £496.4m.”.......from the annual report. Using the word “significantly” in that sentence is criminal.

Guys you can cry all you want like I did but GD’s actions are considered best for the company by 59% while FCA don’t give a F if GD did anything unusual. The best solution would be for GD to take PFD private with the help of his barons at 40p.

GD is very reasonable, I expected him to take 10 million free shares for his troubles. GD has been too kind to us and should be respected and not blamed for SP performance.

We need to push above 190p FFS. This U.K market is like a zombie.........sideways forever. I think parking cash on the side would be better.

Newbies would achieve easy 4.5% - 5% return if this goes back quickly above 240p. Me thinks MMs would push this lower for a while.

The same stuff everyday, British Gas is the devil......yeah right. BBC is the devil, they take people to court because they can’t afford the dumb tv licence. CNA provides essential service that is affected by wholesale energy and network prices. BBC, Sky and other papers are sick to be attacking a company whose SP has plunged by over 50%. The politicians also waste our money instead of taking less pay. I thought a country like U.K would be well educated but it is very illiterate and it was easy for dumb farage and clumsy boris to sell them fake brexit promises.
