Having just tried to sell on my platform (ii) I note that they have given me until 23:59 tonight to accept Ganfeng's 67.5p offer so I might just see if the market can sneak it above that in the next couple of hours.

I'm not professional investor, just a PI with a relatively s mall holding here. FWIW I am about to accept the 67.5p offer( I was hoping it might still be 69p or more today on the market.) I don't want to risk holding my shares in a privately owned Chinese company. So I think that yes the game is up.

I'd very much hope it's just a vicious rumour.

Well, I have put in a cheeky limit sell order which I doubt very much the SP'll get anywhere near in the next few days so might as well take up the 67.5p before the 4th. Big shame it ended up like this probably stick my lot from her in ALL.

I've not been following this as well as I should, I thought accepting the ZNWD bonus was the bribe that meant we accepted the Ganfeng take over. I hadn't agreed to either and was surprised to see I have been given the ZNWD share bonus. When will BCN now be de-listed and what happens next to our BCN shares for those of us that haven't accepted the Ganfeng buy out offer?

Could anyone please explain what the deal with Bonus shares is? I bought in on IPO within my ii account and there was absolutely no mention of any bonus shares from ii.

Bought in to this on the IPO to help further spread my Hydrogen exposure. Pretty much the whole of the Hydrogen market is bouncing up a bit this morning, presumably the NAV of this is too, yet it remains flat. I guess at least it's not falling, any thoughts?

Thanks for that Bananaman, I too am looking to get a stake in EQT being already invested in PHE as well as other Hydrogen stocks like ITM, CWR, AFC among them. I am looking at this as a green investment, my concern is the environmental argument for the syngas that EQT produce.
Does it (syngas) still contain Hydrocarbons and as such does it still contribute heavily to Carbon emissions when burnt or converted to electricity? Maybe Bananaman would know?

Well at least we still have our SoH! On a more serious note will voting against the proposal actually mean Barclays LOSE out? Even if the inevitable insolvency happens don't they stand to get back there investments from any possible large energy company buy out? If they don't then presumably neither do any shareholders this being the case it seems more chance of us salvaging something if we go with the proposal as galling as that might be. PS. I too am down by well over 90% :-(

As much as I despise Barclays would voting against the proposal merely be cutting off our nose to spite our face? Were Barclays behind this Hedge fund fiasco? Sorry to be ignorant but if the vote is meant to be held at 10:30 on the 23rd at the EGM why do the voting forms tell us we have to cast our votes by completing the proxy forms by the 21st?

Ok for my sins I have rather a large holding in bfc which was purchased at a considerably higher price than the pennies it's worth now. My only hope is to maybe salvage something out of this sorry mess and to that end need an idea whether to vote for or against this proposal. It seems that whatever way the vote goes Barclays are going to end up laughing. Is it not possible for us shareholders to organise a consensus view as to what would be best for us and if neither option is, then as eyestorm alludes, what is worse for Barclays?
