However so does sentiment. If these EWT prove to be as good or nearly as good as expected, sentiment will be high and yes that will drive the price.

SXX aren't producing any potash at Teeside yet, have a huge marcap and shares in circulation, so - it's certainly possible if reserves are proven and flow rates are commercial. Still a way to go but in my humble opinion it's moving in the right direction.
