A few years ago this with ridiculed as a joke no oil. Not an egg cup. The CEO was branded lyin Steve by a well known market commentator and a telegraph financial analyst.

Since then this site has been producing oil from a preliminary drilled test well and has planning for 6 more. Producing from Portland and kimeridge layers when many said it was twaddle.

Today's news isn't news. It was expected from a deal done in September.

oiler - what makes you think people are expecting another dilution? maybe the biggest concern is planning or a worry about perception of O&G development in the current climate. Thios things will apply to many companies and not just this one. But to say UKOG has had it's day is rather crass. and same really goes as does for Qwerty - if you think so then possibly best to pull your stumps out and go home.
