I listened to the Investor meet podcast from October 6th again yesterday.
Burton was very pleased with himself that revenue had come in from the Puma deal after 12 weeks from the partnership.
So it's possible and proven.
Now they have to execute for the EFC.
Burton also said not to judge the Placing after 24 hours but 24 weeks......tick tock.

The first EFC event of the year is on March 2nd.
The partnership was announced Dec 1st so a 12 week gap.
Expect the drop to coincide with the event I suppose.
If they don't sell what's next on the agenda?

After watching the Gfin SP for quite a while I had noticed every time it got near placing price it got sold back down.
Remember placees have 1 for 1 warrants.
It had crossed my mind there was a possibility we were offloading near breakeven.
It's probably the best result under the circumstances.
However, we now have that cloud hanging over us regarding what was said prior to the sale, the reporting of it and whether AIM rules have been broken.
Then add in the £1.7M cash in bank which might include as much as £250K Gfin sale.
Perhaps today's turn of events with Gfin announcing an upcoming fund raise will force Epsteins hand to update shareholders officially on the failed JV.

If they managed to offload in November there's a decent chance the losses were kept to a minimum.

Roley has hinted that we had sold Gfin and he was at the AGM.

It is strange that there hasn't been an update on how many shares they are issuing to Necaxa and Lopez and their renumeration.
Are they waiting for the price to go lower so they can give more of the company away?

The Pumas NFT drops proved a success.
For some reason they changed the drops for Mex Fed regarding prices.
That has proved costly.
Now they have missed the start of the season and concentrated on high end limited edition NFTs.
It's not working.
We are due 2 Necaxa drops this month, 1 of them at lower prices similar to Pumas.
We need them to sell out.
If not we are in a very dark place.

I'd prefer it if someone could actually counter the negative points raised.
But for nearly 12 months now that hasn't been the case.
The tactic appears to be abuse those that raise negatives, tell them to "watch this space" or "sell up" and then when the negatives become fact, brush them under the carpet.

Anyone know why Burton only took £11K in the last placing but 2 weeks later took £100K in the DVRG placing?
Perhaps he knew what was coming......
