Would like to think that with all the current activities and future drops the first half of this year will return better revenue than £1.4M.
We've done £1M since June and apparently the ball hasn't started rolling.

if certain revenue targets in a year are met then a minimum revenue guarantee would exist for the next year.

I wonder what that minimum revenue target is?

This is AIM, regulations aren't exactly adhered to and when they are broken nothing is done about it.
If Scoffham wanted out he would seek permission from the BOD.
I've seen it before elsewhere.
Would they refuse him?
As I've said, if it is him I'd feel more comfortable.
We would know who the seller is and he hasn't much to shift.
Sadly, some people are beyond debating the possibility.

When you have read it, perhaps you can explain why our biggest shareholder is saying Scoffham only received £100K worth of shares.
Personally I hope Scoffham is the seller, get him gone now rather than sell the news.
