Things like how much money has been thrown at it to date, how much dilution shareholders have endured, number of followers on social media platforms, amount of advertising by our partners, revenue etc etc

In layman's terms, we are all heavily underwater after the 25% discounted placing in March 22 and the 33% discounted placing in October 22 but we much keep the faith and on no account aim criticism at the BOD or rampers.

Surely you have something meaningful to offer other than to try and discredit those who quite rightly highlight the promises made and lack of delivery over the past 20 months?

The 2 biggest shareholders resorting to petty point scoring and smoke and mirrors tactics rather than debate the very relevant questions regarding revenue and the IGS contract.

One is an advisor to the company and has declared he will absolutely not debate with me. But it appears now that the SP has rallied he has decided to climb down off his high horse. Still doesn't have anything worthwhile to offer though.

You couldn't give one when the priority was affiliate revenue and you claimed to be an industry expert.

The only thing you have is hope. Hope that something substantial comes from these deals because up to now, nobody knows what the terms are.

£1.2M raised a year ago on top of £500K worth of shares to 2 Agents to close out up to 30 deals of value between $5M and $25M. How's the NFT revenue fairing since the turn of the year? Go on, shoot me down with some facts and figures. Didn't you tell me the Fed Mex 3 year deal (now 1 year in) was worth over $14M?

I know what Epstein said in the first Quarter of 2022 just prior to a 25% discounted placing.

I know that Epstein took part in a Q&A with shareholders 12 months ago to alleviate concerns regarding poor progress whilst working on a placing.

I know what Epstein said regarding the cash position in October 22 and November 22.

I know that Epstein stated on November 25th whilst in Qatar for the World Cup that all time highs would be seen in 12 months.

I know that you are an expert in how trades can be conducted under the radar (because you said so).

And I know that you deliberately swerve any relevant questions regarding NFT revenue, IGS contract or our 2 agents.

The SP has risen 60% on nothing. Tr1 holders are buying and 1 has gone into full ramp mode.

The head of the Company (TMS) we use to promote this stock has tweeted he's heard whispers.

Anyone with any credibility has walked away from Ciclitira. It's obvious he is the problem and very difficult to work with.

As for communicating with shareholders, previously when thing are looking bad he sends the girls out to face the music. I recall at least twice where he's taken a back seat. His ego won't allow him to face criticism.

But if he does front up, how can anyone take him seriously?

The best shareholders can hope for is an insincere apology, or excuses saying events were out of his control.
