Any reason with such a huge audience we have been unable to sell out tickets for EFC events that happen once a month, January to October?

And any reason why HeroesNFTClub haven't showcased fans enjoying the experience of meet n greet, training sessions, live commentary experience and VIP hospitality?

What is questionable is how the acquisition was funded.

News released in March 2021 that boosted the SP to 0.44p. Immediately a Placing announced at 0.25p for £2M which helped to acquire Krunch and pay Epstein a load of cash.

How's the growth of Streams Data working out?

£1.5M paid in cash and shares for Krunch. Who benefitted from the cash, and who received a load of shares transferred from Epstein?

Krunch is at the heart of everything MOS does according to our biggest shareholder. Look at when he started building his position here.

Epstein on record saying the company (when primary focus was affiliate revenue) could be valued at multiples if listed in the USA.

Now that affiliate revenue isn't the primary revenue stream might be a clue to the depressed share price 🤷‍♂️

What's my concern? Where do you want me to start? I suppose I could go as far back as pre NFT days when we were sold a pup. But let's just stick to our primary revenue source for now.

Timescales for growth and shareholder value were touted by our BOD, as was transparency. Periodically I relisten to podcasts that have been issued. Today I listened to the June podcast to glean any reason why the market hasn't reacted favourably to news.

Maybe it's because of over promising and under delivering.

Maybe it's because of the $1.8M lost annual revenue from IGS.

Maybe it's because there just isn't enough revenue being generated.

Or maybe it's because 4 months after the Bitso tie up the only thing that has happened is existing experiences being offered at a discount to Bitso customers.

Revenue from the NFTs will come from both the sale price of the NFT and a royalty generated from them each time they are traded in perpetuity, these royalties are typically 5-10% of the sale price.

Oh wait, what did Epstein say again? A royalty of 5% that gets split between us and the athlete of the club. So not 5% to us 👀

I have to correct you I'm afraid. October 2021 the SP hit 0.7p. With the bid recently dropping below 0.07p its been a spectacular drop considering the positive comments by the BOD during that period.

When Epstein launches a freebie NFT, does that come under the category "experiences money can't buy"?

I'm in favour of extending the 12 week challenge to an 18 week challenge. By doing so it can take us up to 12 months since Epsteins podcast with Zac Mir on November 25th where he spent 20 minutes telling everyone about the fantastic progress MOS had made and was going to make.

Just like Dr Burton previously, the "come and judge us" card was played.

Our official Advisor claimed 24 weeks, however our CEO claimed 6 months or 12 months.

So with Burtons and Barrys challenge failing miserably, let's give Epstein a chance to pull a rabbit out of a hat.

Let's hope it's not a hatrick of failures and let's not forget Epsteins starting Mcap was around £6M.
