Doubt there has been a disagreement. Zorbas named Kloepper as his NED on ANR and as yet no RNS to say he is leaving there. Although I am watching. Said it before, and it's still my opinion, the premium placing was nothing more than a vehicle to guarantee money for those that took the earlier placing.

With the ask being 0.32 and bid 0.30, a SP of 0.31p gives a Mcap of around �4.8M. The funding available is now nearly 4 times the value of ANR. Something has to give surely? Or has the false promises which led to the selling caused irreparable damage?

0.32 to buy but unable to sell. Looks like its going lower. As for the seller, Hogan has apparently given assurances its not him, which means it probably is. The only thing that will convince me otherwise is a naming of the other NED.

Peer if no desire to go to war with you. I made my decisions and I was wrong. But the common denominator in the stock I have bought in the last 12 months is Hogan and Zorbas. Same ramping, same lies, same outcome. If you want to defend Zorbas carry on, but his credibility has taken a massive hit. I reiterate, I hope this comes good for all, even you.

Peer give it a rest. You know exactly what has gone on here, don't play the innocent. People have been burnt, not just me and it isn't funny. As I've stated on many occasions, I genuinely hope this comes good, especially for those that got spiked and held on but I will never knowingly put my money into a stock that Zorbas/Hogan hold ever again. As for ANR, the MO appears to be the same as this. I'm underwater there now, still buying in an attempt to average down. Unsure whether to bottom drawer or bail.

Zorbas holds 14.9% of ANR. He paid �105K at 0.05p. His profit, assuming he still holds, has halved in the last 12 weeks. When he took the shares, part of conditions was he could name a non exec as long as he held his full amount. Kloepper has been named so I assume Zorbas named him. Hogan has the same terms but only one Ned has been named. Tr1s have been issued for the placing buys but none for sells. Officially they still hold but I have raised my concerns via email with ANR. Their response, Zorbas is difficult to get hold of!!!! Tr1s, as we should all be aware is the responsibility of the holder to declare their buys or sells over the threshold, but they are not obliged to do so. Can't ever recall seeing a Tr1 showing Hogan had sold out here? GLA

Blingy I feel your pain. Lost �21K on NYO. It's very very difficult to recoup that kind of loss, timing and luck is needed. It may be possible if the fat ladies come good and get bought out. Time will tell. As for here, my �500 punt is now officially worthless. 98% down, worth �10.06 but �10 trading fee. Can't get any worse I suppose.

It is the shareholders responsibility to advise the company if they have sold or bought enough to warrant a Tr1. They are not however, obliged to do so. But I agree, it hasn't been one seller, but lots of sellers with very decent holdings.

Hogan was promising a multi bagger in January. When it became obvious it wasn't going to happen people sold out. Some may have stuck around hoping for a spike but if they bought on T20s they may have to settle. This needs news now because if the selling continues we will be into the 0.2s.
