Reggie, I emailed the company a few weeks ago regarding my concerns about the selling. The company says Hogan has given assurances its not him. Zorbas, well who knows, Toronto is such a long way away it's difficult to get hold of him ffs! The only thing that locks them in is they can only nominate a non exec if they hold 14.9%. As we know, only one ned has been named!

My point is, I know that 1 share can be deliberately bought by a private investor for no other reason than to further that persons position. Of course, this usually happens when news is expected so some credibility can be attached to the myth.

I know of someone that bought 1 share yesterday on another stock. Some codes may be significant but I assume most are not.

I posted here Monday evening after seeing the rise. I'm not invested but the project being undertaken here unfortunately is very close to home. I watched the interview, raised some questions and was very grateful for the responses received about the treatment and humbled by responses on a more personal nature. I know there are those with their agendas, ramping and deramping, the volatility has made this a playground. I accept we are all in this game to make money, but for once, given the nature of the project, could peeps try to be civil to each other, even if you have different views? Reggie, NL put �20K in and PL put �10K at placing price. Hardly earthshattering. They hold 5.3M and 3.44M respectively. Zorbas and Hogan hold 210M each, between them nearly 30% of the company. Depending on your viewpoint, thats a positive or a negative. The directors are down on their investment so there is incentive to make this work. The major shareholders are sitting on a very healthy profit even if its 50% less than 12 weeks ago. Thats of course assuming they still hold?

Mcap is £5.4M. Fund available from JV partners total £18.6M (non binding).

I'm the same, have never had Facebook nor twitter. But I am very aware of how they operate, their buying and selling can control certain stock. When they are in, and buying its happy days, but when they start to bail you can get caught holding the baby. The trick is getting out before them but that isn't easy.

Hi dabbler. I originally held 2M costing £72K. Sold 1M which I promptly lost on NYO, so half my portfolio gone. I'm better off now than if I still held that million, I was much better off. With regards to here, I posted weeks ago I thought someone was loading up which boded well. Always thought it was a matter of time before the twatteratti returned. The problem is though they will ramp while selling even on news so unless news is exceptional the rise may be held back. Obviously, I hope the long termers get the value they deserve. Good luck.

I'm with interactive investor and since it has been updated/merged it has been shocking. Regularly crashes, unable to log on, doesn't recognise your pin and others also reporting difficulties in getting sell quotes. (though that might be due to nobody wants them)!

I agree. I think games have been played. Tell people it's now a long hold, they sell, cheap shares bought up. That might have happened last week when we dropped to low 3s? All speculation of course.

The reason the SP has halved is because those that were in heavy were expecting this to multi bag on news of money in the bank. When a non binding MOU was announced they sold. Then it materialised this was a long term project, and even more left. AIMO

Not a bad analogy. My �500 punt is worth 12 quid without trading fee. 97.5% down. However, I'm assuming there are lots of people way underwater with bigger money and taking pleasure in others losses is just plain wrong.
