Leon Hogan and Zorbas took 210M shares at 0.05p. They then took 5M shares at 0.5p. So their holdings should be 215M shares?? 13.8% down to 13.5%?

Jonny5, why does everyone think its them? Do I really need to answer that? As for Tr1s, yeah OK. But let's put it this way, assuming they haven't sold any shares at all, there is still doubt. And that doubt has to be addressed, one to keep holders invested, and two, to convince those who are watching. Further to your observation on why did they take part in the 0.5p placing, it's an insignificant amount compared to their profits from the 0.05p placing. Have you seen uru?

The question is now what exactly is the risk to our investment? Is it the coal is uneconomical to mine? Or is the involvement of Zorbas and Hogan the bigger risk? Or is it both? The BOD havent enough skin in the game either. Is there anything stopping NL or PS buying. I need to buy to average down, it would help our plight immensely if they did the same and reported it. If he wants sticky money, he has to address the problem of the seller, who everyone except the company thinks is Zorbas/Hogan.

Has there ever been an instance where a RNS has been issued because the price has dropped? A go slow ticket as opposed to a speeding ticket?

The question about NL or PS buying more was asked in the Q&A. It was dodged.

It's obviously very very difficult for very long term holders, it's soul destroying continuously sitting on a loss. Sentiment is very important and we just haven't got it at the moment. False promises of cash in the bank has put paid to that. With NL visiting Australia, and the JV partners joining him, hopefully we will get something positive. Short term, in my opinion, sentiment would return if Zorbas and Hogan were locked in.
