Joe, if you have genuine concerns by all means air them. It's what the forum is for. The problem lies in that most negative posters do not come across well. They appear to relish being negative which automatically leads to them labelled as trolls. The abuse starts and the debate is lost. It's a shame. Yasx is a classic example, probably had very relevant points but his baiting of holders here and his vendetta against Hogan turned the forum against him. His views when we were at 0.7p were lost and with it my very healthy profit.

Yep he's a basher, but I've learnt a very hard lesson that they shouldn't be dismissed. Ignoring negatives and believing only the dream scenario has cost my 10s of �K. The next RNS is key

Stalin, I don't particularly mind Joe's views. If nothing else it has sparked some interest and a debate. From what I can interpret, he is basically calling out the recent batch of RNSs as jam tomorrow. What the BOD now need to do is prove him wrong and release something with meat on the bones. 40% below placing price for weeks on end is too long and unacceptable. Why has he targeted ANR? Maybe he does have an interest in Coal Miners in Oz and it's been on his radar? More likely in my opinion its a campaign or vendetta against some who are holding this stock. He's not the first to hold that view.

Thanks for your response. So basically, with a Mcap of £5M, and the Chinese funding (yes I know its non binding) this could prove to be a decent long term investment? The aim of course is to prove up a commercial resource, you could say they are just embarking on that journey? I know it takes money, I know it takes more than one drill. I admit I'm fairly inexperienced, but I bought 88e at 0.55p and they've only drilled twice and improved their Mcap :)

That's a decent argument. I suppose the devil is in the detail. It maybe that the drilling program, which has yet to be announced, is bigger now and when announced they will also state how much funding has been transferred. A$200 is the guideline.

Speculating a bit, but Tangiers had their duster and brought in DW. They needed another project and looked outside Africa. The North Slope came on the radar along with Bex and PB with his vision. Probably a lot more to it than that but its my simplistic view. No doubt will get blasted out the water.

Lefty, yes it's dragging on and definitely one that tests the patience. Have always considered anything under DWs purchase of 1.9p will prove profitable. The question is, with a news rich period about to start, will the CR provide that opportunity again? Anybody buying in now and is prepared to hold another 2 years should do well, whether they trade or sit on it. Each to their own, and good luck all. Assuming it flows better than 80 of course.
