As you can see, it's been reported in a negative context.
It says more about the author than it does the Telegram group.

Something else to consider, although possibly not too significant, is the App (Argentina) isn't yet available to Apple users.
If it is made available on the Apple store that might also increase downloads, but the IOS market in Argentina is small, just 8.12%.

MOS didn't release that tweet, they 'liked it' which in itself is an endorsement.
It's a factual promote using known information.
For what it's worth I believe the updating of the App from 5K+ to 10K+ occurred at 10am yesterday morning.
I'll be keeping an eye out to see if it's a trend.
Also worth noting, ive been told MOS have no control over that update.
