I don't see eye to eye with City about yesterday's news, and I doubt he needs me fighting his corner, but you're going after the wrong man.
If you have an issue with the Placing direct your angst toward the BOD.
Personally I think they've put a Tr1 holder and strong promoter of their company in an awful position and I very much hope they have the common sense and good grace to recognise it and apologise.

Lots has been said regarding this Placing and I can assure you I'm not happy.
And I agree with the majority of the negative sentiments, but to suggest this cash call is about saving the business is utter sh##e.

Was mulling over the GFIN news last night.
My initial thought was, where has the £250K come from?
I dismissed a cash call because they have been consistent with their message to shareholders for the past 10 months.
No need to raise to grow the company even if warrants aren't exercised.
Basically a U turn.

L200, expiration of warrants signal the end of dilution.
The warrants might have been putting buyers off, but I agree at this price it shouldn't be a factor.
Will we get news to boost the SP enough for some to get exercised over the coming sessions?
Will news come early April with no threat of warrants to curtail the SP?
I think we are sitting in a decent position at the moment and personally will be pretty pleased with minimal dilution.

Hopefully the presentation will confirm my own personal back of a fag packet calculations.
If today's announcement of 87.5% growth refers to the period end of Oct to end of Jan, and if IGS contribution was low for January, then revenue grew 20% each month.
So as of today, monthly revenue could be around $168K plus whatever IGS put in for February.
