well I have advised that I will start legal action if it isn't (tomorrow) Pretty obvious that they haven't got the stock or enough of it to fulfil orders. They will have to go to market and buy I presume.

Snod- They just called back and the stock is being booked today (for me anyway-perhaps because I have escalated it) Something really wrong with this, IG have made a very bad mistake or the missing stock is being used by them (or others) for monetary gain. Real smelly this deal.

I just came off the phone to them and escalated it. They haven't got the stock which is the long and short of it, they aren't in your account-just the deal/offer shows. Something smelly about this, the stock has appreciated greatly and I suspect the shares are being used for other people's gains (loaned for example). Getting solicitors involved now.

Ig still not provided stock, despite their promise that accounts would be credited with the shares today-they still haven't turned up. This is absolutely amazing and very very poor IG, like I said today-if they don't arrive tomorrow then I will commence legal action this Thursday. These shares were admitted to trading on the 7th of April - NOT the 27th. I have a sneaky feeling they have screwed up and are short on the order, which will mean they need to go to market.......

Hardly any of the increase is the discounted rights issue (only 2 million). He has bought another 6.5 million shares on top of that, I suspect he won't stop at 4% either.

Last but not least- Good volume today and an active bidder- bodes well.

Tincan -450 million barrels recoverable. Sod the oil equivalent, condensate/liquid gas is needed more. Asset value £37 Billion Pounds (give or take a pound).

Not sure finals will give much away, they haven't been very exciting in the past but you never know! I prefer the RNS's that we aren't expecting, one thing is for sure is the market is awakening to BOR (finally). Nice to see the bid driving up the price , being fed and watered but never enough so they need to increase the price to get more and more. The perfect way for stock appreciation rather than the average pump and dump. I hope I get my shares soon that I paid for, not that I need them as I have no plans to sell at this stupid price anyway- I just want them.

Into- it beggars belief if I am honest. Corporate actions don't reply to your emails or want to talk to you on the phone, this is the broker part of IG! From the pressing conversation I had with IG, they advised that they were not the lead broker in the transaction for BOR new shares and another party were ( whom they ordered from). I said I couldn't give a **** who else was in the deal as my contract is with IG and they need to sort it out and place the shares in my account otherwise I will retain the right to sue them for loss of earnings at the highest bid price that was available since the shares went into issue. Its smelly if I am honest and wonder if they or somebody has " borrowed" these shares. Its going to be a real mess if things can't be sorted for example we only get 50% of our allocated shares whilst everyone else got their allocated and extra shares which are ours!! Truly unreal, lets see what happens..........

IG haven't got enough shares to fill allocations! Somebody needs a calculator to add them up before ordering. Unbelievable, apparently they are sorting the problem out but until they do, the stock hasn't arrived and can't be allocated. Broker of the year LOL
