All very well voting to oust Conroy and cronies ( I would not disagree with this) but nearly three weeks since valid EGM requisition received and no EGM called. How long do they have?
on this administrative error with the placing shares. Is the 2.1m in the bank? How keen will the II be to hand over 7.2 a share when these are 40% less than that if it was cash on listing. Im sure all will be ok, but I honestly think concerns about that are just as much to do with the fall as some slight delays. This is AIM remember.
Just whats required-not.
Folk need to look a bit deeper here, imho. Who do you think has been funding this for the last two years? When was the last placing? Theyre not running off thin air, so money must be coming from somewhere. Do you think whoever has been bankrolling this will just walk away? Not on your Nellie. Tooth and nail fight coming up.
Well, they cant sell the placing shares at a profit, but they can use them or lend them to short it. Add in convertible bonds and theres a toxic mix.
Well, firstly, i guess one needs to decide if a year is a long term holder. I would say it is in AIM, but I guess others would differ. On the placing front, they need funding, so there would be no problem doing one, unless the NOMAD prefers them to go bust.
seller couldnt wait to off load right on the opening bell. No contract news again. Starting to look at birthday cards for that £55k contract. Nearly a full year and nothing since. Most CEOs would have been shown the door 6 months ago.
Totally agree, he will either have to be bought out ( have they got the money) or he will do massive placing at ultra low level to retain control. Was a nice rise to allow long term holders to get out at a small profit though. All imho.
Indeed, but cant issue shares at less than 0.1 nominal value, and RNS does not mention consolidation of shares, so Im confused.
Dont know how they go forward from here.
