The phrase "there is no current proposal that it will use this authority to carry out a non-preemptive placing" should set alarm bells ringing with any half experienced AIM player. What does "current" mean? At the time of, I guess. So, they could be planning to raise now for this Friday and would not have lied in the RNS. Transparently worded RNS, all they had to say was no placing for one, two, or three months, but the wording used committed them to absolutely nothing.
