What does "current" mean? At the time of, I guess. So, they could be planning to raise now for this Friday and would not have lied in the RNS. Transparently worded RNS, all they had to say was no placing for one, two, or three months, but the wording used committed them to absolutely nothing.

Any proposal to carry out a placement subsequent to this RNS will be fine, as it was not current at the time of issue of the RNS. Seen this trick before, the way the RNS is worded basically lets them start working on a placement as of 10 minutes ago.

Good news. Post below stating Scancells lawyers have received paperwork confirming acceptance of patent in the USA. Hopefully the company issues an RNS quickly so that those not fortunate enough to have access to this site and the inside track posted can benefit as well. Then perhaps there might be a reaction in the market, perhaps even a buy?

It may be. All I know is it isnt currently in the trial here . To be honest, the fact that the company signs a deal with Ichor, sings it from the rooftops then shows up at the FDA who promptly turn round and say"you want to use what?", shows a total lack of foresight and ignorance of procedure. Did they not realise the FDA would have a few questions to ask? Whole thing stinks of rank amateurism.

patents are important and information rightly posted if relevant. Not as important as getting a chuffing delivery system sorted for the supposed first half of 2019 Phase 2 Clinical study. When the FDA knocked back the Ichor Trigrid2 it was all just a minor thing, sorted in a few weeks according to the sages on here. Well over 3 months later and already nearly a month into "first half of 2019" not a peep from anyone. Wall of silence from SCLP, Ichor and the experts on here. My interpretation is that if Trigrid2 dosnt get approval we cant go back to Trigrid1 ( apologies if incorrect) so what happens then?
