I guess you must be 1005%certain of your facts to accuse fairdealer of lying. So, what are the shareholder authorities in place for the company to issue shares. Simple question. Do they need shareholder authority to issue further shares or not?

the BOD have to issue new shares? Cant be bothered to look. Guess from discussions below aimi and others know, cant understand why they are not just stated so this issue can be resolved. Do the company have the relevant shareholder approval to issue £20m new shares? Yes or no?

Thats why companies are on AIM. They need funds. The thing I cant understand is why some seem to think that placing will be at a lower price than now. KDNC just done a placing at 0.15. The sp was 0.1 a week ago. Plenty of time to get some good news out there before a placing is needed. Notice its 4% down now. Its going to take a lot of sells to get these shorters below 2p. More likely 3p next up IMHO.

Errrrrmm. Most of these placing shares sold at .3 and upwards, they will dump the rest as quickly as possible for whatever they can get. 0.15 base? Dont think so.

pretty much all from same seller imho,50k and 100k sells. Not a lot to be done when a larger holder wants to sell. Shorters must be distraught its only gone down 6%. Notice a few buys coming back in already so no panic,

Looks like very few go along with this placing theory. Having said that, the "trapped bulls" must be gutted to see their investment going up in value, lol.

Why would "trapped bulls" be worried about the sp going up 20%? Probably the most erroneous comment I have ever seen on here. The logical conclusion of your comments is they would be better off with no 20% rise. Whhat a load of rubbish. Laughable.

Buys getting the upper hand. Up around 12% now if I sold, not bad in two weeks. Probably going to let it ride up to 20%, cant see a placing here for a while.

The reason I ask being that there is no reply facility on the report mechanism. So this being the case if you are sure the posts have been removed for the reason stated, you must be in direct contact with LSE admin regarding removal of posts you do not like.

aimi, I have never seen you state that previously. Unlike some site members I do not trawl back through posters history, but merely converse regarding contemporary posts and circumstances.

so aimi likes to calculate others losses on here. Surely he/she wont have any problem detailing their own losses here then?

As a recent investor here I didnt realise aimi was previously a bull on this. Hope his losses were not too damaging. This explains a lot though. Im upbeat as still in positive territory on my buy, if only by small margins. I guess thats the way it goes, some get it right, some get it wrong.

on the way up and Shell confirm they are going ahead with JV/funding this could be 10p, if not much more. Just a guess really, a bit like guessing it will go the other way.
