Was reading a report Stoltenberg in his final interview seems to be altering his view on Ukraine. If I interpret this correctly he is suggesting ceding land for peace as Finland has done so with Russia. If True at long last he has come to his senses. last thing we need is a Europe to be involved with another conflict.
