They are also benefitting from the Ukraine conflict with plentiful cheap Russian gas etc...

In the West our transition was poorly planned and executed and the massive shock from the cessation of Russian gas has exposed this leaving us reliant on unreliable partners such as dear old Uncle Sam and its soon to become even more unreliable POTUS...
