The investment casevis very simple. Lower grade Tungsten peers are valued between £100-200m while SML sits at £34m mcap. We also have high grade tin, copper and silver credits which further widen the valuation gap. Simply a case of holding for the inevitable re-rate. Not too dissimilar to GGP, EEE, OMI etc

They don't need to raise , if they do it will be to accommodate high net worth investors or institutional investors at a premium to the current share price.

There's no placing coming. $800k in the bank before reimbursement of drilling costs so true cash position is closer to $1.5m. We're also generating circa $1.5m of free cash from our Cobre operations.

Leigh Creek disposal (non core copper asset) is also expected soon which will bring in another £3m in cash plus 20% share of the listed entity.

Imagine the pain when the price doubles again soon

Good for you. I'm aiming for atleast 5p before de-risking some. Lower grade peers valued between £100-200m and SML still only £35m mcap. The tin on its own worth the current mcap

The real NPV following the incorporation of high grade tin, copper, silver and higher tonnage and grades of tungsten will atleast double the NPV

I think it's heading to 10p short-term. I've increase my longer term target to 20p following yesterday's super broker note which is only going to get better with drill results

I expect the NPV to at least double once the latest drilling results are incorporated into the model. Furthermore, with the inclusion of the high-grade tin, copper, and silver credits, I anticipate the revised NPV could exceed £1 billion - and with it UK based and 100% owned, we've got a monster on our hands 100

NPV, IRR and payback period is universal. Doesn't matter who wrote the report. And best of all it's only going to getter better as the resource is upgraded

The outlook has shifted significantly, driven by high-grade drilling results, new Chinese restrictions on tungsten exports, surging tungsten prices, and growing recognition of tungsten as a critical and strategic resource
