He’s tried of the b.s. but weather he likes it or not it comes with the job, to a certain point, this board is almost out of control, the government of Nigeria are all for this , kola Karim and his good people are all for this , Art and his people have done there work, I wish as much as anyone I could figure out a timeline , but if it was really that easy we would all be rich , right !

After talking with Art and Cathy they both said again that the lawsuit is totally bogus and that the Nigerian government was completely on there side , there is no settling as that would be considered illegal so they have to go through with it to finish,as the emails that harryman claims to ,they where legit, a lot of good information, Art says he did send them , I appreciate you posting them but also a little confused that you would with all of the other crap this morning,it just makes you and the other CEOs look like babbling idiots

Jeez ,all the part time CEOs are out today, Arts backed into a corner right now , piss people off or keep the his going, might be some of his own doing ,maybe not. But in know what I would do!

A lot of anger and frustration here today understandably, but don’t read into things or twist the them around, now it’s Kola is purposefully delaying ,the banks are corrupt, Arts getting bought out , MY GOD how do u people come up with this stuff . Over here the placing is kinda of a , again, whatever, but i do feel for the London shareholders, if there is a positive it’s the size of the placing,not much at all , “one month”. It really surprises me he can sell this at all which makes me think there has to be a lot of work done and or coming soon, don’t see a whole lot of point to the meeting now as it will be , I don’t know and delayed, ... I don’t know how much more of this I can take , so much potential here!

I would think that one of those is most likely the scenario, just keeping an open mind, like I said, get ready for the shareholders meeting, unless we hear beforehand.... warrants, jeez forgot about that!

not so sure the dilution is the way to go if that can be a avoided then great, as for the 7 years, seen that response coming a mile away, I made money on oilexco and Liberia , we all know the story though so know need to rehash that, Don’t think though that I’m blind to what’s going on here, I should add that dilution could be forthcoming after news, try to block that out but we all have to be reasonable here and keep everything on the be table as a possibility.... next week shareholders meeting, I hope Art is ready with some real answers whatever they may be

Maybe I’m putting to much thought into this , maybe we should just take Art at his word , he has said things are moving I’ll be in very slowly, but he has admitted to that , he has said that the hearing last week is not directly slowing anything up, he has said that a lot of the back end work is finished. There’s a lot of moving parts here.....sometimes the simplest answer is no he right one!

I don’t think will get an official release tomorrow, maybe something if one of the more respectable posters can email him, he didn’t sound to positive that they would get any answers right away, unless like I said someone can get something by email..... sure be nice though to be able to stop talking about this and move on to the “fun” part

Some of you make it hard to stay away , I used to live in Calgary in my younger days , a place called bridlewood , about 20 minutes from Arts office but I’ve since moved away, I was thinking of going but it a big commitment for me now, I might see if I can get a friend to go, no promises though !

Well I’ll try this one more time , not sure why, don’t know where or how you managed to put that together , never deleted anything, I’m in on the Canadian exchange and I can assure you I’m not trying to manipulate anything, I’ve made a couple of good contacts via email so frankly don’t care what you or anyone on this board thinks anymore... last time unless someone wants to talk intelligently about this stock (he sure is an alright guy , you know who I’m talking too)

5 hour time difference from London for me , I see my life changing email was posted, Art had no problem with me sharing that ,there’s no big secret just a whole lot of confusion, anyway, appreciate his time in clearing that up
