Most likely this is the end , sadly I strongly believe they’ve know for months now , even a plausible scenario to keep this alive is never going to gain anything for the average shareholder … thinking anything to do with a legal attack would go on deaf ears and as for Ryan , doing a charity run while noble , just seems like a slap in the face, like whatever , in the end there definitely won’t be anything left for shareholder, there never is

absolutely ridiculous how this is rolling out or should i say down .. putting out the jv was cancelled and no reasonable explanation along side it , have to wonder if this is on purpose or not .. can’t convince me they couldn’t of put all out at once .. just one bad decision after another.. absolutely don’t give a **** about shareholders value .. this will continue down no question about it ..they want the average joe out

I do remember asking Arthur about the Ryder report also and he was very adamant that Ryder was wrong ..so ???? A year later …think if the report was as glorious as Arthur has been saying this would of been signed ages ago … they were adamant that Exxon would hit in Liberia also … speechless

Don’t think going bust will happen, but the JV doesn’t want to support the cause, there in for a paycheck as well

My guess is he needs to prove that he can hold up his end of the deal otherwise we are just going to end up with yet another “cuda” deal , only this time we are cuda , he needs the share price up and the share count down , we need fair value and the ability to have access to funds .. production needs to be amped up significantly.. I think only then will the JV happen.. bit of work still to go .. still on my radar though
