There’s a book online “ Nigerian oil and gas industry laws, policies and institutions “ by adamu usman .. you have to by the book but the previews tell quite a bit about what it takes there’s even a bit about the performance bond , which I think is a little more to what we are after, might have to buy the book it seems pretty informative

go to "nigerian oil services" website ,lots about the rules ,regulations and procedures. the part that caught my eye was the procedures and bureaucracy involved in the performance bond.....wow , i talked to art a little about it, not as simple as one would of thought

Hi sub - I think if this was all signed off that he would tell the world, but until then I guess we wait , I don’t think you’ll get him to say that an official release will be out in a few short weeks... but it’s not from the lack of trying

I talked briefly with Art this morning as I thought maybe the hold ups where coming from our Nigeria friends maybe dragging there feet as it seems that things are done on this end , was a brief answer, said that no such thing and everything that can be done is being done, he’s hoping for the next couple of weeks... for what it’s worth

You really need to let this AGM thing go , no secrets here , I am a little puzzled as to why “Canadian” would post saying I went to the meeting and I’m not talking about it , why say you went at all , I’m mean you kind of asked for it... not on anyone’s side , let’s just move forward, don’t turn this into a shit show again, I just got rid of the last few and it’s been good!

I think most of us know the Essar/ agamore issues pretty well, it’s like you said though, dead issue , let’s move on... Nigerians are back from holiday as per are friend who told us about the holiday issues , let’s hope we get something next as that’s starting to look like what Art had figured !

Just to add a little something, Arts reply was the judges decision on agamore would be known 30 days after the trial , that’s how the system works there I guess ...$

I think there’s a bit of misunderstanding about that , from what I have heard, the Essar global and agamore issues can’t be discussed outside of the company as that’s how they where settled, I don’t think there where any secrets to speak of at the agm , at least nothing we don’t already know of.. but it’s been really quiet over here for a while now.. “Berta” send me an email sometime
